Position: Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or Business Administration with a finance concentration. Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B, CPA/CA, CMA, or NGO accounting training are highly recommended.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in financial management within non-profit organizations.
- Technical Skills: Able to prepare financial reports, operate accounting software, and understand donor reporting standards.
- Managerial Skills: Capable of leading a team, adapting to change, identifying weaknesses in financial systems, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Able to facilitate capacity strengthening for teams and partner/target groups related to finance.
- Integrity: Upholds transparency, accountability, and strong financial governance.
- Communication: Able to communicate effectively with various parties and provide mentoring.
- Language: Proficient in English (minimum basic English skills for work purposes).
Position: Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Peacebuilding, Gender Studies, Law, Islamic Studies, International Relations, or other relevant fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in managerial positions within non-profit or civil society organizations, with cross-functional responsibilities.
- Skills: Understanding of program and project financial management, ability to coordinate with teams, translate proposals into action plans, and read/analyze financial reports.
- Managerial Skills: Able to lead teams, adapt, identify weaknesses in program implementation, and coordinate with various work units. Capable of facilitating capacity strengthening for teams and partner/target groups related to institutional and project governance.
- Integrity: Committed to transparency, accountability, and good organizational governance.
- Communication: Able to communicate openly and professionally with various stakeholders, act as a strategic liaison, and understand project logic.
- Language: Proficient in English (minimum basic English skills for work).
